Throughout July consumers can purchase three new limited-edition flavours - Gillian’s Cadbury Dairy Milk coconutty; Shannon’s Cadbury Dairy Milk crunchy honeycomb; Taylor’s Cadbury Dairy Milk out of the blueberry - created by this year’s Cadbury Inventor finalists.
Beatrice Berutti, Cadbury tablets brand manager, said: “The Cadbury Inventor 2020 competition is back for its second year and we couldn’t be more excited to share these new delicious Cadbury Dairy Milk flavours with the nation.”
Favourite flavour
As part of the competition, Cadbury is calling upon consumers to vote for their favourite flavour with the winning product to become the latest addition to the Cadbury Dairy Milk range.
Consumers will be able to vote on cadburyinventor.com and through Cadbury’s social media platforms until 6 September.
Gillian, the creator of Coconutty, said: “My children and I are big fans of white chocolate and coconut. After realising there aren’t that many white chocolate options in chocolate bars, the combination of coconut and white chocolate was formed to appeal to fresh coconut lovers who are dreaming of a tropical paradise this summer.”
All three bars will be available to purchase from Tesco stores from today (8 July), before launching in participating supermarkets across the UK and Ireland on 22 July.
“We’ve loved working with Gillian, Shannon and Taylor to make their bars a reality and opening our doors to bring them into Cadbury. We can’t wait to see which bar wins and really want everyone to go out and vote for their favourite,” Berutti said.
The winner will be announced in September.
