BakeMark goes west

BakeMark International is to exhibit in Western Europe for the first time at iba 2003. The event is one of the largest bakery industry events of the year.

BakeMark International is to exhibit in Western Europe for the first time at iba 2003. The event, which will take place 3 to 9 October 2003 in Dusseldorf, Germany, is one of the largest bakery industry events of the year.

The company, which represents the international sales and marketing interests of CSM Bakery Supplies Europe and CSM Bakery Supplies North America in Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific, will showcase its brands such as BIB-Ulmer Spatz, Arkady and Braims. Experts will be on hand to introduce bread mixes, pre-mixes, release agents, fats and improvers.

American, French, Italian and British specialities, such as Karp's US-style mixes, Produits Marguerites patisserie ingredients, Carels glazes, Lactofil creams, Crembel toppings and Eisella fillings will also be on display.

During iba 2003, BakeMark International will also host a number of presentations and demonstrations at the seven day event. Iba 2003 is expected to draw 90,000 trade visitors.
