Bunge North America has announced that its subsidiary, Bunge Milling, has acquired ConAgra Foods' Atchison corn dry milling plant and related grain elevator in Kansas. The purchase is not anticipated to have a material impact on the results of Bunge North America overall.
"This acquisition expands our current product offering with additional industrial and specialty products, and also allows us to better serve our existing customers' needs," said Fred Luckey, general manager and senior vice president of Bunge Milling. "We look forward to becoming a part of the Atchison and surrounding community."
