Mondelez previously ran the 90-day program in the US, which led to seven mobile pilots for its leading brands.
"The Mobile Futures program has been an extraordinary experience for us and we're thrilled to expand to Brazil for the next wave," said Bonin Bough, vice president of global media and consumer engagement at Mondelez.
"Brazil not only leads in mobile technology, it's a primary growth market for us. Our goal is to become one of the top mobile marketers in the world.”
Mondelez will pair entrepreneurs with its Power Brands in Brazil, which includes Bis chocolate, Club Social crackers, Tang powdered beverages, Halls candy and Trident gum. The entrepreneurs will have 90-days to create a mobile pilot in collaboration with Mondelez’s brand teams.
Mondelez has dedicated 15% of its Brazilian marketing budget this year on mobile marketing.
