Hershey names CFO and Mondelēz picks North America head

Hershey has appointed Patricia A. Little as its new chief financial officer, while Mondelēz has named Roberto Marques as president of its North America business.

Little joins Hershey from temp staffing agency Kelly Services. Her predecessor David Tacka announced his decision to retire in September last year.

Little will take his place as Hershey CFO and has also been appointed senior vice president. She also serves as a board member and chair of the audit committee of herb and spice maker McCormick & Company.

In other appointment news, Mondelēz named Roberto Marques as an executive vice president and president of its North America division this week.

He will be responsible for the company’s $7 billion business in the US and Canada and succeeds Mark Clouse, who became the company's chief growth officer in July 2014. He will be based in East Hanover, New Jersey.

Marques joins Mondelēz from Johnson & Johnson, where he last served as chairman of the firm’s Consumer North America division.
