The offices, by design, fit out and refurbishment specialist Morgan Lovell, is based in Feltham, Middlesex for 110 employees.
Pino Catalano, lead designer, Morgan Lovell, said the company wanted an open plan layout to replacing traditional cellularized offices to encourage better interaction and engagement.
“Lindt and Sprungli has been a successful brand for a long time, so we wanted to ensure the offices provided the best possible environment for both staff and visitors. Naturally, the office design reflects the brand’s signature chocolate,” he said.
The 25,000 sq ft office redesign took 18 weeks to complete and has 130 workstations; 20 alternative working spaces and 15 meeting rooms.
