Quintessential British chocolatier Elizabeth Shaw has announced it is exhibiting at ISM for this time in 10 years when the world’s largest trade fair for sweets and snacks opens in Cologne at the end of this month.
This long-established chocolate brand has a stand in the UK Pavilion (H26 Hall 4.2) and will be showcasing its 130-year history to both existing and new markets in a bid to expand globally.
Karen Crawford, managing director of Elizabeth Shaw told Confectionery News: “Elizabeth Shaw has been creating extraordinary chocolates for over 100 years and we are always striving to offer customers new and exciting innovations in taste and texture combinations. ISM offers a great opportunity to reach out to new markets and educate new customers about our well-loved English chocolate brand and how we continue to build on our heritage to re-imagine our offer for today’s consumers”.
Visitors will be able to sample the brand’s original Mint Chocolate, including the world famous Mint Crisp, as well as the ‘seriously indulgent range of Famous Names liqueurs with iconic spirits and liqueurs brands’.
The company is also set to unveil its new ‘CHOCOLATE INNOVATIONS in permissible self-treating with a range of delightfully different chocolate covered fruits in handy pouches, and a new range of sharing gift boxes with delicious combinations of light mousse centres with crisp cocoa & fruit inclusions smothered in rich dark and smooth milk chocolate’.
