Delysia Chocolatier introduces first artisanal Ruby Chocolate Truffles in the United States

Award-winning artisan chocolate company based in Austin, Texas, has announced the introduction of the first-ever artisan chocolate truffles handcrafted using ruby chocolate in the United States.

The ruby cacao bean was developed by supplier Barry Callebaut in 2017 and has been a resounding success with chocolatiers and is now available in over 40 global markets.

Chef and owner of Delysia Chocolatier, Nicole Patel, is known as a top 10 chocolatier in the Americas, using the finest quality chocolate from sustainable sources and freshest ingredients in her creations.

Her Ruby Chocolate Truffle Collection uses ethically sourced, fresh ingredients to create an array of traditional, savory, and spicy flavor profiles that she says ‘showcase the versatility and beauty of ruby cacao’.

Delysia’s Ruby Chocolate Truffle Collection coincides with the evolution of the Delysia tasting room and culinary center and will debut at The SAVOR: Chocolate Tasting Experience, which begins Saturday, October 19 at Delysia Chocolatier’s outlet in Austin, Texas.
