Strawberry Kiwi is the latest flavour to join the Juicy Drop Pop and Juicy Drop Gummies product offerings, Bazooka Candy Brands, a division of The Topps Company, has revealed
Other fan favourites in the flavour lineup include Wild Cherry Berry, Knock-Out Punch, Blue Rebel, and Watermelon Blast.
A spokesperson said that with Juicy Drop, consumers can find their perfect mix by adding a little or a lot of sour gel to the sweet candy Pops and Gummies, which are available at retailers nationwide, including Walmart and CVS, Kroger and major convenience stores.
Free standing display units
The 2m free standing display units (FSDU) for the Juicy Drop Pop range worldwide have been created by Wrights Plastics, a family-owned British firm and a leading plastic fabricator with an annual turnover around £10m, who were involved at every stage – from concept to distribution.
The POS display specialist said the initial concept not only reflected Juicy Drop Pop’s quirky pack design but supported Bazooka Candy Brands “edible entertainment” philosophy with its funky features and clever engaging design.
The manufacturing processes included vacuum forming, line bending, laser cutting and drape moulding. All manufacturing was carried out at their 46,000 sq foot manufacturing base and then stored in their 9,000sq ft warehouse until required.
Keeping all processes in-house reduced the carbon footprint of the project – as well as delivering cost and project management benefits for the client, MD Mike Wright said.
“This was a great project for all of the team – it highlighted the complete end-to-end service offering that we have developed over recent years to meet client demand. In fact this client loved the end result so much that we have started another project with them – delivering high impact CTUs for the Juicy Drop Pop range.”
