Godiva partners with Tenet Healthcare Corporation to distribute chocolates across the US

Godiva has donated chocolate, coffee, and other treats, to hospitals, supporting hospital workers, doctors, nurses and caregivers around the world, as they fight the coronavirus.

The Belgian premium chocolate maker has also partnered with the Tenet Healthcare Corporation in the United States to donate over 600,000 pieces of chocolate to both hospital networks across the country.

On behalf of Godiva’s chocolatiers around the world, I want to express our profound gratitude to the frontline hospital workers who are caring for our communities during this pandemic. We are in awe of their courage and selflessness, and forever thankful to these heroes. Our hope is that our product donations will give them a moment of comfort and relief during some of the most difficult days of their lives​, ”said CEO Annie Young-Scrivner.

Contributions

In addition to its contributions in the United States, Godiva said it has sent packages to hospital workers, doctors and nurses in hospitals and facilities in areas where the brand has a strong presence to support its local communities, including China, Belgium, United Arab Emirates (UAE), the United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey.
