To celebrate the break of a new dawn and just in time for Easter, Vosges Haut-Chocolat has released a limited edition Easter Collection with packaging designed by eight-year-old artist Atreyu, the son of founder Katrina Markoff.

Markoff said the Chicago-based company’s new collection draws inspiration from the juxtaposition of her son’s vision and Ostara, the Goddess of Spring.

The almost polar opposites meet at a crossroad to show the coming of springtime; a time to revive our spirits, celebrate the renewal of earth and the importance of finding balance and wellness inside ourselves.”

Atreyu is featured as the collection artist on his favourites the Sugar Cookie and Dreamy Peanut Butter Bomba Bites. The packaging displays his drawings, and in the light of a new beginning, a percentage of the proceeds from the Bomba will be donated to the Sepsis Alliance.

Food and Alchemy have been associated with one another since ancient times, exploring the principle of blending the elements, planets and their vibrations with food. When combined at the right time, with the right hands and heart, food can be transformed into something other than sustenance,” Markoff said.
