Registration open for the 2022 Candy Hall of Fame

Organisers, the National Confectionery Sales Association (NCSA), said the 2022 Candy Hall of Fame induction ceremony will be held at the Renaissance Tampa Hotel International Plaza in Tampa, Florida, on Saturday, 15 October.

The prestigious event honours 12 industry leaders who have significantly impacted the confectionery industry in the United States.

We are thrilled to induct our newest class into the Candy Hall of Fame,” said Joe Melville, NCSA President. “Each individual has proven their dedication to the industry with more than 20 years of service and experience. Whether they continue to lead or have led as a manufacturer, salesperson, broker, buyer or through another leading role in the confectionery industry, each inductee has greatly contributed to the health and success of our industry.”

Twelve industry leaders will be inducted into the Candy Hall of Fame, receiving the industry's most prestigious honour. The 2022 Candy Hall of Fame inductees are: Doug Boes, Shankman & Associates, Inc.; Jennifer Dilts, Dollar General Corp.; Peter Greweling, Culinary Institute of America; Jeff Grossman, YummyEarth, Inc.; Dwayne Hallan, Long Grove Confectionery Co.; Terri Hoggatt, Jelly Belly Candy Co.; Mark McArdle, McArdle, Inc.; Troy Pearley, Divine Chocolate Ltd.; Stacey Rutherford, Burdette Beckmann Inc.; Edward Seibolt, Fannie May Confections/Ferrero; and Paul Adams and Emmert Brooks, Adams & Brooks, Inc., who are being inducted posthumously.

The Candy Hall of Fame weekend features a welcome reception on Friday, 14 October, followed by the induction ceremony on Saturday, 15 October 15. The ceremony consists of a gala dinner and presentations highlighting the honourees’ professional and personal lives. The event concludes on Sunday, 16 October with a farewell breakfast.
