Mondelez International are one of the world's largest chocolate manufacturers, with a large brand portfolio and many plants across the globe. HPS Advanced Liquid Product Recovery (Pigging) Technology is used in the majority of their facilities.
Mondelez Svoge contacted HPS to have an additional pigging system installed to facilitate increased line flexibility.
Using HPS pigging technology, Mondelez are able to quickly perform changeovers and use their lines to process multiple products. They also benefit from a high recovery rate of up to 99.5% every changeover.
