Inulin to produce healthier chocolate
Sensus discovered that inulin provides an alternative to sucrose as a sweetener to develop sugar reduced chocolate products. Combined with bulking agents and high-intensity sweeteners, inulin can be used to produce tasty and no-added-sugar chocolate.
